- a packet of taco seasoning
- sour cream
- cream cheese
- cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese - yum!
- roma tomatoes
- red onion
- cilantro
- sliced black olives
Instructions

- Add sour cream and cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl. Beat to combine until smooth. Add one envelope of taco seasoning - mixing until combined.
- Spread into bottom of 9x9 pan and refrigerate.
- Then In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excesss grease. Add water and 1 envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, cilantro and olives. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!

Ground Beef Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¾ cup water
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning divided
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 roma tomatoes seeds removed, diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ cup sliced black olives

- Add sour cream and cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl. Beat to combine until smooth. Add one envelope of taco seasoning - mixing until combined.
- Spread into bottom of 9x9 baking dish and refrigerate while you're browning the beef.
- Then In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add water and one envelope of taco seasoning. Cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Spread ground beef mixture over cream cheese.
- Top ground beef layer with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and onions, cilantro and olives. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!

Only difference that I do is use Greek Yogurt in place of the sour cream do to the fact that it is zero fat and and minimal sodium plus it tastes like sour cream.
