    FAQ’s

Do I need to roll out the puff pastry?

Nope, it's already rolls out - just unfold, cut and fill!

Can I make these ahead of time?

Absolutely! Assemble and freeze unbaked tacos, then bake when ready.

Can I use crescent roll dough instead?

Yes, but the texture will be softer, not as flaky as puff pastry.

    Deb's tips for success

If the corners don’t stick, dab a little water or egg wash to help seal them.

    • Lightly flour your work station before folding out the dough to prevent sticking.
    • Use a pizza cutter instead of a knife for quick, even cuts.

    Storage and reheating

Refrigerate - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.

Freezer - Let the tacos cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container or zip-top freezer bag for up to three months. You can even store them unbaked! Then just pull out of the freezer and bake until browned.

Reheating - Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated through. Or air fry at 370 degrees F for about 3-5 minutes.
