Crockpot pork tenderloin
This is a super simple recipe. It's one of my go-to meals when I'm short on time. The crock pot does most of the work, with only 10 minutes of prep!
The whole house smells so good while it's cooking. I love that part! Leftover pork makes a great sandwich on day two.

Crockpot pork tenderloin FAQ's
The only liquid that you need to use in this crock pot pork tenderloin recipe is from the gravy. The rest of the liquid will come from the meat and vegetables as it cooks.
I didn't, but you can if you prefer. Season the pork, and then sear it on all sides in a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.

Top Tip
Pork tenderloin and pork loin are not the same cut. Be sure you get a tenderloin. They are usually sold in a package that contains two tenderloins.
If the gravy is thinner than you would like it to be, make a cornstarch slurry. Add that to the slow cooker and allow it to thicken for a few minutes before serving.
Variations
- Want to add some additional flavor to your gravy? Add a pinch of garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning or your favorite dried herbs.
- If you want a deeper richer flavor you can also add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to your gravy.
- Pork gravy, you can also use chicken or turkey gravy. Though I used a jarred gravy, you can also use two gravy packets (mixed as per package instructions..

Serve with
When it comes to sides for this slow cooker pork roast, keep it easy and delicious. Simple greens like Steamed Green Beans or Brussels Sprouts balance the richness of the meat without stealing the spotlight. Want to add bread to the plate? Try my Rolls from Frozen Bread Dough or Easy Yeast Rolls-both are warm, fluffy, and made for soaking up that savory goodness.

Mine is cooking now and the aroma is mouth watering. I did put it on for an extra hour on high because I like the potatoes and vegetables softer.

Sonya W Tate says
Do you use the pkg pork gravy or the jar?
Debra Clark says
You can use either jarred gravy or two packets of the dry gravy mix. If you use the dry gravy mix, prepare it as per package instructions before pouring over the meat and vegetables.
