These Rolo Turtle Pretzels are so easy to make and only require 3 ingredients! A sweet and salty snack topped with crunchy pecans. It's the perfect flavor combo!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange pretzels on baking sheet. Top each pretzel with an unwrapped rolo candy.
  3. Bake for 3-4 minutes and remove from the oven.
  4. Press a pecan half into the top of the warm chocolate candy. Let cool completely.

Pecan Rolo Pretzels

Things to know

  • You can use square snap pretzels, butter snaps or the mini pretzels. Salty pretzels are the bomb! I like the Snyder's of Hanover brand.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • If you don't have parchment paper, you can use a silicone baking mat.
  • Don't overbake them so watch them closely.
  • Give these a festive touch by drizzling them with melted red and green candy melts or a dash of holiday sprinkles.
  • This yummy sweet treat is perfect for a hostess gift, cookie exchanges or holiday party - these are the easiest treats to make!

Variations

  • Instead of Rolo's, you could also use Caramel Hershey's Kisses.
  • If you are not a fan of pecans you can leave them off or use another type of nuts such as walnuts or almonds.
  • If you want to make these pretzels extra special, drizzle them with melted chocolate once they are cooled.

Storage

Refrigerate - store Rolo pretzels in an airtight container, refrigerated. They will be good for up to 2 weeks.

Freeze - You can freeze them for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

  • 50 snap pretzels
  • 50 Rolo Candies unwrapped
  • 50 pecan halves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
