Mmmm.....chicken wings!

Instructions

This is an overview of the instructions. For the complete directions just scroll down to the bottom!

  1. Add the wings to a large saucepan. Add the seasonings; chili powder, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and pepper. Add enough water to cover the wings. Set the pot on the stove over high heat, uncovered, and bring to a boil, reduce to a low boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and drain well. Parboiling keeps the wings succulent and tender, not dry! This is easy and sooo much better than deep fried!
  3. While the wings are boiling, prepare the sauce. Combine the BBQ sauce, buffalo hot wings sauce and marmalade jam in a sauce place. Place over low heat.
  4. Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated. Heat for about 5 minutes. Just long enough for the mariingredients to be well combined.
  5. Remove the wing sauce from the heat and transfer it to a large bowl.
  6. Toss the wings in the sauce until they are completely coated. Place wings broiler pan or baking sheet lined with foil (if you want to make clean up even easier) and sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Broil them for about 9-10 minutes on side one. brush them with additional sauce, flip, again adding more sauce. Broil side two, about 7-8 minutes or until they have great caramelization.
  8. Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce, enjoy!

Hi! Do you boil the wings frozen? Or do you need to unthaw them first before boiling?
