- cream of chicken soup - you can also use celery or cream of mushroom soup.
- cream cheese - you can substitute sour cream, but I really prefer the flavor and cheesiness of the cream cheese.
- Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- evaporated milk
- shredded cheddar cheese
- ranch dressing mix
- tater tots
- melted butter
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl add cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, evaporated milk, hot sauce and ranch dressing mix.
- Fold in chicken and shredded cheese.
- Pour chicken mixture into prepared casserole dish. Top with tater tots.
- Brush tops of tater tots with melted butter.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions or diced celery.

Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 5-6 cups cooked chicken diced
- 10.5 ounce cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese soften
- 10 ounces evaporated milk
- ⅓ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce If you like spice add up to a ½ cup.
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 28 ounce tater tots
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare casserole dish by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl add cream of chicken soup, mix cream cheese, and evaporated milk, hot sauce and ranch dressing mix. Whisk together well until creamy. You may have a few lumps in it, that's ok.
- Fold in chicken and shredded cheese.
- Spoon chicken mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with a single layer of tater tots.
- Brush tops of tater tots with butter. This will help them really crisp up!
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the tots are crispy!
- Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions or diced celery.
