Air Fryer Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Prepare cauliflower - Cut cauliflower florets. Try to keep them close to the same size. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder and salt.
- Add the cauliflower to the buffalo sauce mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cornstarch and mix again.
- Place cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 15 minutes, tossing once or twice halfway through, until cauliflower is golden brown.
Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by spraying with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Follow steps 2-4 above.
- Place prepared cauliflower on baking sheet. Spread out, do not crowd. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, flipping once during baking.
