  • naan bread or Indian flatbread, garlic naan or pita bread, whole wheat naan, mini naan bread - no need to spend hours making pizza dough! The bread makes the perfect pizza crust!
  • pizza sauce - sub with tomato sauce sprinkled with Italian seasoning or your favorite spaghetti sauce.
  • torn or shredded fresh mozzarella cheese 
  • 30 slices pepperoni - or use a variety of toppings.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place naan on baking sheet and build the pizza base. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each slice of naan bread. 
  3. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melty and delicious!

Creative variations to try

  • Switch out the pizza sauce for Alfredo to make white pizzas or bbq sauce - yum!
  • No naan? Make your own with this homemade naan recipe.
  • Add some pesto for an Italian flare.
  • Spice the mini naans with red pepper flakes or chili flakes.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings: mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, olives, bell pepper, red onions, or spinach for a veggie naan pizza! Whatever you enjoy on your pizza, sausage, ground beef, or Canadian bacon!

How to store leftovers

Refrigerate - Cool to room temperature. Store leftover naan pizzas covered with plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 3 days (if it lasts that long!) leftover pizza never makes it that long in our house!

Reheat - preheat oven to 350. Reheat on pizza stone or baking sheet for 7-10 minutes. Reheat naan pizza recipe in air fryer at 425 degrees for just a couple of minutes 3 to 4 tops.

Freezer - Wrap leftover mini naan pizzas well with aluminum foil. Freeze up to two months.

Instructions

      We love this little pizza. You can make up however many you need if just to two of you you can just make to but if the whole family is four or five. So good.
