    FAQ's

How do I make celery taste better?

Think of celery as a blank canvas. Try peanut butter with raisins (hello, ants on a log!), hummus with a sprinkle of paprika, or even a smear of pimento cheese. Sweet or savory, celery plays nice!

Can you eat the celery leaves?

You betcha. They're full of flavor and nutrients-vitamins A and C, potassium, the works. Toss them into soups, chop into salads, or use as a garnish. Waste not, snack more I say!

How do you keep celery from getting soggy?

Dry it well before stuffing. Rinse your celery, pat it dry with a paper towel, and let it air out a bit if needed. Cream cheese needs a dry base so it can cling to the crunch!

    Deb's top tips

For the freshest crunch, store your celery in the fridge wrapped tightly in aluminum foil. It'll keep crisp for a couple of weeks that way. If you're prepping these ahead of time, go for it! Just wait to sprinkle on any toppings, like everything bagel seasoning, until right before serving so they stay crisp.

And if you want to dress things up, a little sprinkle of paprika, fresh parsley, or snipped chives adds instant flair.

    Flavor swap ideas

Stuffed celery is basically a blank canvas for whatever your taste buds are craving. Not a fan of cream cheese? Try hummus, goat cheese, or whipped feta instead. Stir in your favorite mix-ins like crumbled bacon, chopped pickles, diced ham, or shredded cheese to boost the flavor. You can even change up the seasoning by mixing in a bit of ranch powder, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, or your favorite spice blend.

Want to make it sweet? Add some chopped dried cranberries or a drizzle of honey for a fun twist. You can even stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt for a tangy, creamy kick.

For a bold, savory vibe, try a combination of blue cheese, red onion, and green onions. The possibilities are endless!

They're also a great companion to classic Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing for game day or tailgating.

Whether you're creating a colorful appetizer tray or just need a simple snack, these crunchy little bites fit in everywhere.

    A quick recap

Whether you're building a holiday spread or just need a snack that feels a little fancy without the fuss, cream cheese stuffed celery is a go-to for good reason. Crunchy, creamy, and endlessly customizable-it's the little black dress of appetizers!
