FAQ's
Sausages will take about 30 minutes to cook in the oven. However, this will vary depending on the size and thickness of the sausage.
No, there is no need to poke holes into the sausages before you bake them. In fact poking holes in the sausage lets the juices escape and will dry them out.
Use an instant-read thermometer to make sure that your sausage reaches 165 degrees f.
Top Tip

- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy clean up.

Refrigerate - Leftover sausage and peppers should be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Freezer - You can freeze these leftovers for up to 3 months. Be sure to store them in a freezer-safe container.
Reheat - To reheat, just pop them in the oven at 350 degrees F until heated through. You can also reheat them in the microwave. Though, the oven tastes best.
