Deb's top tips
To slice the rollups cleanly, be sure to chill the rollups in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Use a sharp serrated knife and wipe it clean between cuts for picture-perfect pinwheels.

Variations
Think of these roast beef rollups as your own flavor playground! Not in the mood for roast beef? No problem-ham or turkey steps right in. Feeling cheesy? Swap the cheddar for Swiss, mozzarella, or provolone and see which one disappears first.
You can even skip the extra seasonings and grab a tub of whipped garlic cream cheese-instant upgrade! Want more freshness? Stir in dill, parsley, or a handful of thinly sliced green onions.
Craving color and a little sweet tang? Roasted peppers are your friend. And if you're a mustard fan, go wild-yellow, Dijon, or whatever tickles your taste buds. However you roll them, these little bites are meant to be fun, flexible, and totally yours.
