Mango Madness Mocktail is a sweet delicious non-alcoholic drink! Mango juice and sparkling water spiked with chunks of fresh mango and grapes combine to make a bright delicious punch!

Glasses full of mango juice topped with sparkling water and garnished with grapes and chunks of mango. The glasses are surround by big purple grapes.
Today I'm keeping it light and fresh with a Mango Madness Mocktail!

What is a mocktail?

  • a nonalcoholic drink or
  • an alcoholic drink made alcohol free

I decided it's definitely time to add more delicious drinks to the blog. With the cold weather, overcast days and dark afternoons, wintertime can get a little, well.... dull and blah. It's time to add some spice to our lives. Would you agree?

Glasses of mango juice topped off with sparkling water and garnished with grapes and mango. There are big purple grapes scattered around the drinks and a juicy ripe mango behind the glass. One glass is being filled with juice from a pitcher.
Pour yourself a big glass of this lovely drink. Spike it with chunky of mango and sweet grapes!

There are many Mocktail recipes. I love this one because there is no added sugar. It simply uses fruit nectar, fresh fruit and sparkling water.

Making good choices will help Dan and I. We have set some aggressive goals for weight loss and though it's only been a week - we are pleased with our progress thus far! This drink has less than 75 calories per serving. It's a bright fresh drink, naturally sugar free.

Have you made any resolutions or set goals for 2018? If one of those goals include weight loss, I'd love to hear what is working for you!

Don't get me wrong, we drink TONS of water. However, every now and then it's nice to enjoy a something special. However, I don't want to feel like I am ruining all the progress I've worked so hard to achieve!

This drink is a simple sip that covers all the bases - real food, no added sugar, quick and easy!

Mango Madness Mocktail is a sugar free delicious beverage to enjoy.

How is this drink made? Well it's simple, there are only four ingredients!

Mango Madness Mocktail - Shopping List

Mango Madness is an easy drink for a hot summer day or fun holiday and party drink!

How to make a Mango Madness Mocktail

You'll start by peeling the mango.

  • Starting at the top and working downward, peel the skin off.
  • Then slice down either side avoiding the pit.
  • Cut the slices and dice, set aside.
  1. Then wash the grapes, removing the stems.
  2. Fill a pitcher or punchbowl with ice.
  3. Add the mango nectar to a large punchbowl or pitcher.
  4. Add the sparkling water.
  5. Top with the fresh fruit - mango and grapes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
