- Whole pickles or use a pickle spear if you want to stretch out the pickles. Just be sure to dry them well.
- Ham slices - I prefer black forest ham but you could also use honey ham. The rectangle packaged ham works best.

- Add some chopped green onion, fresh dill, diced tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or ranch seasoning to the cream cheese for a flavor and color boost.

Ham Cream Cheese Pickle Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 whole dill pickles
- 6 slices ham
Instructions
- Blot ham slices and pickles with paper towel.
- Lay one slice of ham on cutting board.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the slice of ham.
- Lay pickle in the center of ham slice and roll up, cigar style. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice into equal parts, refrigerate until you're ready to serve. These are best enjoyed within 24 hours of making.
