- The cream cheese should also serve as the "glue" to hold the roll-ups together. However, if you find that they are opening, you can use toothpicks to hold them together instead.
- I like to serve ranch dressing for dipping with these pickle rollups.
- I prefer to use sour dill pickles, but you could also use sweet pickles if you prefer.
- You can use any kind of ham, however, I prefer to use black forest ham but you could also use honey ham.

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 whole dill pickles
- 6 slices ham
