- Blue Curacao - a sweet, citrus flavored liqueur with a distinctive blue color.
- coconut rum - this really adds a great tropical flavor. They come in a range of prices. Choose what works for your budget. If you have white rum, that would be a good substitute and save you a trip to the store.
- sauvignon blanc - perfect for this drink because it's aromatic and flavorful.
- lemon lime soda or club soda for sweetness and bubbles.

- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add one ounce each of blue curacao and coconut rum.
- Top with 2 ounces of sauvignon blanc wine and give it a good shake.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice, top with a splash of lemon lime soda. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, strawberry or a lime wedge!
