FAQ's
Angel hair pasta is traditional, but spaghetti, fettuccine, or even egg noodles all soak up the creamy sauce beautifully.
Absolutely. You can prepare the sauce and refrigerate it, then pour it over the chicken when you're ready to cook. Leftovers also reheat well the next day.
If your sauce is thinner than you'd like, stir in a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with cold water) and let it cook on high for 15-20 minutes until thickened.

Deb's top tips
For extra flavor, brown the chicken in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker. It adds a rich, golden crust that makes the dish even more delicious.

Cook on High for 2.5H be okay? Or Instapot ? What spices can I sub for the Italian seasoning. I have none and not able to go to the store. Thanks.
Bowl Me Over says
Chicken will be much more tender when cooked on low. So though that sounds about right, I can't guarantee it will be tender and juicy. However, give it a try and let me know how it turns out for you. If you don't have the Italian salad dressing seasoning mix, you can use dry ranch dressing or powdered chicken gravy. Enjoy!
