What makes bang bang sauce so good

This sauce has taken the world by storm because of the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. And, the best part is that with this recipe, you don't need to leave the house to visit Bonefish Grill because you can make it at home anytime the craving hits.

Bang Bang Sauce Recipe

Creamy, sweet, spicy, and tangy, this easy homemade it's perfect for dipping fries, drizzling on bbq or dipping onion rings and chicken tenders!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili and sriracha sauce. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

  • Cover with plastic and refrigerate at least two hours. Great to use as a marinade for chicken, shrimp or pork tenderloin. Delicious as a dipper for chicken tenders, French fries and onion rings. Enoy!

Notes

Storage - Refrigerate leftovers. Stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Just make sure that you give it a good stir before you serve it.
