FAQ's

Why isn't my martini cold?

That's an easy question to answer. It's not cold because you didn't shake it long enough.

Top Tip

Chill the martini glass in the freezer beforehand.

  • Use plenty of ice in the cocktail shaker to chill the liquid ingredients quickly.
  • Shake the cocktail vigorously. They are best when they are super cold!
  • No cocktail shaker? Use a screwtop mason jar. Works great!

I love pomegrante, this is a must have recipe. A few years back they closed our Carrabba's, sure do miss that restaurant! I have all the ingredients to make this, I think this will be my Friday night splurge.
