  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan. Once cool, lift them out using the parchment paper.

    Frequently asked questions (FAQ's)

    Can I double the recipe?

Absolutely! For a crowd, double the ingredients and bake in a 9x13-inch pan. You may need to increase the bake time by 5-10 minutes - keep an eye on the center for doneness.

Do the Fruity Pebbles stay crunchy after baking?

They soften slightly in the batter but retain a bit of texture, especially on top. If you love extra crunch, you can sprinkle a few on top of the batter before baking or press them into the melted white chocolate drizzle once cooled.

    Can I substitute other cereals?

Yes! Try using Cocoa Pebbles, Cap'n Crunch, or Lucky Charms for fun variations - just keep the measurements the same.

Can I skip the white chocolate drizzle?

You can, but it adds a creamy sweetness and helps balance the tart crunch of the cereal. You can also use colored candy melts for a festive twist.

    Deb's top tips

Toast the cereal (optional): For a boost of nutty, caramel-like flavor and extra crunch, toast the Fruity Pebbles on a baking sheet at 300°F for 5-7 minutes before mixing them into the batter. Let them cool first!
