- dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch or Uncle Dan's)

- Spray crockpot vessel with non stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker. Season the top of the chicken with dry ranch seasoning mix packet.
- Top with pepperoncini peppers, cubed butter, and ½ cup reserved pepper juice over chicken.
- Cover, and cook until chicken is fork-tender on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Shred chicken using two forks.
- Serve and enjoy!

Super easy and yummy. I left out the butter and added some juice from the pepperoncini pepper jar instead. At the end I shredded the chicken and added plain non fat Greek yogurt for a WW friendly dish. Next day, the chicken was used in a tortilla as a wrap and added salsa and sour cream or plain non fat greek yogurt to finish it. My husband ate it straight from the fridge too. This is a keeper for sure!
