My grown boys love, love, love this cake. So simple to make too. My youngest even requested it for his birthday cake! I now have a granddaughter who loves it like her dad.

Oh I love this so much Jean!Passing it down and getting a birthday request? That’s the highest honor a cake can receive. Tell your granddaughter she’s got excellent taste, clearly inherited straight from her dad. 😋 Thanks for sharing that sweet family tradition, it made my day!

I made this for a cookout, was ALL gone within 5 minutes. I didn't even get any. Multi requests for the recipe. I'm making a small one for my husband and myself, at home. He didn't get any at the cookout either

I had made this several years ago using a 12 pack of ice cream sandwiches and cool whip. I loved yours better with the crushed Oreos and I used Carmel instead of chocolate syrup (what I had on hand and it was delicious! Fed 6 people large slices and have 3 slices still in the freezer. Definitely a keeper.Thank you for sharing it.
