It's noon somewhere
Anytime I'm looking for a fun cocktail, this is the drink I reach for! It's easily made with a shaker and a handful of ingredients.
We enjoyed it at my niece's baby shower. (It can easily be made as a mocktail or a cocktail.) And well... it's just fun!
Ingredients

- You'll need vodka, coconut cream, pineapple, cranberry juice.
- For garnish fresh wedges of pineapple and raspberries or strawberries. Either are perfect!

Barbie Cocktail Drink
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the vodka, coconut cream, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and pineapple slices.
