Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour 2 ounces of vodka over the ice.
  • Squeeze a fresh lime juice into the glass. You can adjust the amount of lime juice based on your preference for acidity.
  • Top up the glass with 4 oz of club soda. The sparkle adds a nice fizz to the cocktail.
  • Stir the ingredients in the glass with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.

Notes

Stirring the cocktail, rather than shaking, helps blend the flavors without losing the carbonation from the club soda.
