Shred the apple and drizzle with lemon or lime. Toss to combine.
Mix together burger ingredients - ground chicken, green onions, celery, eggs, shredded apple, and steak seasoning.
Next add the bread crumbs. Mix to combine. Shape into 12 small burgers, slider size.
Fry on the grill, basting with melted butter. Or saute in a frying pan with butter. Remove from the grill and tent with foil until ready to serve. The sliders are done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Serve on Hawaiian rolls. Slather the buns with the mayonnaise and jam. Top with a cooked burger. Serve and enjoy!
