Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray, set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Drain grease.
Season the ground beef with steak seasoning and mix well. Then add the brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and canned beans. Mix everything together until well combined.
Pour the bean mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the bean mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly caramelized.
Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
