Instructions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. Place the candy canes in a ziplock bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the candy canes and pour into a small bowl.
Next, place the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave: Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. It will only take about 1 ½ minutes.
Dip each pretzel into the melted white chocolate using a fork or tongs, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place on wax paper.
While the white chocolate is still soft, sprinkle crushed candy canes over the pretzels. The warmth of the chocolate will help the candy cane pieces adhere.
Let the white chocolate-covered pretzels with crushed candy canes cool and harden. You can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
