Ingredients
1poundground pork sausage
2cupsBisquick or pancake mix
8ounces softened cream cheese
1tablespoonMontreal steak seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Shape meat mixture into about 50 (1-inch) balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly golden and firm, 14 to 17 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These can be frozen before baking. If baking frozen, add 2-4 minutes to the cooking time. If the sausage balls are done but the top isn't golden brown, brush lightly with melted butter, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes. This recipe can be used to make smaller or larger sausage balls, but you’ll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
