Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick or pancake mix
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Shape meat mixture into about 50 (1-inch) balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until lightly golden and firm, 14 to 17 minutes.
  • Cool on baking sheet. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These can be frozen before baking.
If baking frozen, add 2-4 minutes to the cooking time.
If the sausage balls are done but the top isn't golden brown, brush lightly with melted butter, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
This recipe can be used to make smaller or larger sausage balls, but you’ll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
