Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl
A simple one-pan dinner that takes 20 minutes start to finish and is packed with protein and flavor! Plenty of crunch and made with ground pork, chicken or turkey.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 lb. ground pork or turkey
- 14 oz. cabbage slaw mix
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or corn oil
Heat a larger skillet over medium heat. Add pork and saute until the pork is no longer pink.
While the pork is cooking, mince the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the green onions.
Add the cabbage slaw mix and saute for about five minutes until the slaw is soft.
Now add the garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute until it becomes fragrant, remove from heat.
Stir in the green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
