Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl

A simple one-pan dinner that takes 20 minutes start to finish and is packed with protein and flavor! Plenty of crunch and made with ground pork, chicken or turkey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork or turkey
  • 14 oz. cabbage slaw mix
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or corn oil

Instructions

  • Heat a larger skillet over medium heat. Add pork and saute until the pork is no longer pink.
  • While the pork is cooking, mince the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the green onions.
  • Add the cabbage slaw mix and saute for about five minutes until the slaw is soft.
  • Now add the garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute until it becomes fragrant, remove from heat.
  • Stir in the green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
