Peach Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk I use oat milk in this recipe, but any milk will do.
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 tablespoons rolled oats uncooked

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender: frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, banana, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Check the texture — if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk; if it’s too thin, toss in a couple ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy, and enjoy!

Notes

Variations - 
  • Blend in protein powder
  • Use vanilla Greek yogurt
  • To make it even thicker, toss in chia seeds 
  • Add graham cracker crumbs for extra pie flavor, mmm!
