No Bake Cherry Limeade Pie

Cool, creamy, and straight-up nostalgic, this one disappears fast. This no-bake pie has bright lime flavor with a soft cherry finish and sets up beautifully without touching the oven.

Ingredients

  • 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup frozen limeade concentrate thawed (do not dilute)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 3 ounce box cherry gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 8 ounce container whipped topping thawed
  • Maraschino cherries, whipped cream or additional Cool Whip and lime slices for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, dissolve the cherry gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then let it cool for about 10 minutes (warm, not hot).

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Next add the sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and thawed limeade concentrate. Mix until fully combined.
    Lime juice and fresh lime zest added to the cream cheese pie filling mixture.
  • Slowly pour in the cooled cherry gelatin while mixing on low speed.

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and creamy.

  • Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or until set (overnight is even better).
  • Optional garnish: maraschino cherries and lime slices before serving.

Notes

For clean slices, wipe your knife between cuts.
