Cool, creamy, and straight-up nostalgic, this one disappears fast. This no-bake pie has bright lime flavor with a soft cherry finish and sets up beautifully without touching the oven.
½cupfrozen limeade concentratethawed (do not dilute)
1teaspoonlime zest
3ouncebox cherry gelatin
½cupboiling water
8ouncecontainer whipped toppingthawed
Maraschino cherries, whipped cream or additional Cool Whip and lime slices for garnishoptional
Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve the cherry gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then let it cool for about 10 minutes (warm, not hot).
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Next add the sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and thawed limeade concentrate. Mix until fully combined.
Slowly pour in the cooled cherry gelatin while mixing on low speed.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and creamy.
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or until set (overnight is even better).
Optional garnish: maraschino cherries and lime slices before serving.
