1 ½cupsshredded cheesemozzarella, cheddar, or a mix

Instructions
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Chop the pizza slices into small ½ pieces. Spread the chopped pizza pieces evenly in the baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the pizza. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let it soak overnight or at least 6 hours.
Remove the casserole dish from the refrigerator and allow to sit on the counter for 30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the center is set and the top is golden.
