- 2 tablespoons paprika or smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt coarse salt, or flaky sea salt
- 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Add all of the ingredients to a small screw top jar, mix well
Store sealed in the pantry or for longer shelf life in the freezer.
