Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the frozen tortellini according to package directions, reducing the cooking time by 1-2 minutes. Drain well.
While the tortellini cooks, brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the Montreal steak seasoning, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream until combined.
Add the cooked tortellini and gently stir until coated with the sauce.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted. (Optional) Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes to brown the top of the casserole. This will brown the cheese and give it that irresistible, must dig in right away, look!
Allow the casserole to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
