Add the butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced red bell pepper and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Next add the soups and heat through. Then add the mushrooms, chopped chicken pieces, water and frozen peas.
Heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Taste first, then season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve garnished with chopped parsley. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
