Mix Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and apple pie spice in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
In another medium bowl, add the vegetable oil, sugars, apple sauce, eggs, vanilla and orange juice and mix with a whisk.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine with the whisk.
Fold the chopped apples into the cake batter with a spoon.
Spray a 9” Springform Pan with baking spray (oil and flour) then pour the cake batter into the pan. Give a little shake to make sure the batter is evenly distributed.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove - check if it is done using a toothpick. Only a crumb or two should remain on the stick.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes in the pan, on a wire rack.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely on the wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
