Butterscotch Pudding Recipe

Easy to make butterscotch delight dessert is super creamy and topped with toffee bits. This lush dessert couldn't be more simple or delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup Butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups milk I used 2% but you could use whole milk as well
  • 3.4 ounce French Vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • In a large microwavable bowl melt the butterscotch chips and milk for 2 minutes at 15 seconds intervals, mixing at every break.
  • Stir until the chips are all melted.
  • Add the pudding mix to the butterscotch milk.
  • Whisk until combined.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the butterscotch mixture.
  • Evenly pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses or cups
  • Refrigerate for 2 ½ hours before serving.
  • Top with additional whip cream and butterscotch morsels and enjoy!
