Butterscotch Pudding Recipe
Easy to make butterscotch delight dessert is super creamy and topped with toffee bits. This lush dessert couldn't be more simple or delicious!

- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cup Butterscotch chips
- 2 cups milk I used 2% but you could use whole milk as well
- 3.4 ounce French Vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
In a mixing bowl combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large microwavable bowl melt the butterscotch chips and milk for 2 minutes at 15 seconds intervals, mixing at every break.
Stir until the chips are all melted.
Add the pudding mix to the butterscotch milk.
Whisk until combined.
Fold the whipped cream into the butterscotch mixture.
Evenly pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses or cups
Refrigerate for 2 ½ hours before serving.
Top with additional whip cream and butterscotch morsels and enjoy!
