- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounce tube refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits
- 15 ounce jar marinara sauce
- 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, crumble and brown the sausage. Remove and drain on paper towel to remove grease.
Cut each biscuit into eight pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine marinara with cut-up biscuits. Add the cooked sausage, stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and edges are nicely golden brown.
