4 Ingredient Crockpot Chicken Tacos
Simple slow cooker chicken tacos are perfect for Taco Tuesday, this is an easy weeknight meal!

- 4 boneless chicken breasts 6-8 ounces each
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 15 ounces canned black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups frozen sliced bell peppers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- crunchy corn taco shells or flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, salsa and/or sour cream. Use your favorite toppings!
Spray a large crockpot with nonstick spray.
Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot. Add black beans and peppers.
Pour salsa over the chicken.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning .
Set on low, seal - cook for 8 hours.
Remove chicken breasts, shred with two forks, return to crockpot, mix well and serve.
