4 Ingredient Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Simple slow cooker chicken tacos are perfect for Taco Tuesday, this is an easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts 6-8 ounces each
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 15 ounces canned black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups frozen sliced bell peppers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • crunchy corn taco shells or flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, salsa and/or sour cream. Use your favorite toppings!

Instructions

  • Spray a large crockpot with nonstick spray.
  • Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot. Add black beans and peppers.
  • Pour salsa over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle with taco seasoning .
  • Set on low, seal - cook for 8 hours.
  • Remove chicken breasts, shred with two forks, return to crockpot, mix well and serve.
