Marinate the pork chops n a shallow dish or a large resealable plastic bag. Combine vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
Add the pork chops to the marinade, ensuring they are coated evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F / 190-200°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. Or if you're using an indoor grill pan, preheat it over medium heat. Lightly oil the pan.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade, shaking off excess marinade. Season the pork chops with salt on both sides. (Discard the remaining marinade.)
Place the pork chops on the preheated grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare to medium doneness, or cook longer if desired. Once the pork chops are done, transfer them to a serving plate. Tent with foil and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
Brush the melted butter over the pork chops while they're still hot. This adds richness and flavor to the chops. Enjoy!
