1 pound spicy Italian sausage cooked, crumbled and drained 1 pound Velveeta cheese 10 ounce can spicy Rotel tomatoes and green chiles undrained
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble the spicy Italian sausage. Cook until no longer pink. Drain well.
Cube the Velveeta cheese. Add to the cooked sausage along with the undrained can of Rotel.
Melt the cheese and stir until it is hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
