Pizza Tater Tot Casserole

Crispy tater tots, melty mozzarella, and classic pizza toppings come together in this easy sheet pan dinner everyone grabs seconds of.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 2 pound bag frozen tater tots
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • pinch Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Empty bag of frozen tater tots out onto the baking sheet and push around evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and pour the pizza sauce evenly all over the tater tot crust. Use more or less as you prefer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, evenly. Use more or less, as you prefer.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove and enjoy!

Notes

Set out red pepper flakes and grated parmesan so everyone can finish their own serving just the way they like it.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This recipe is best enjoyed fresh since the tater tots lose their crisp texture after re-freezing.
Reheat - For the best results reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 4-5 minutes, or until heated through. Or in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
