1 high ball glass
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounces pineapple juice
- ½ ounce cream of coconut
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add 2 ounces of white rum to the shaker.
Pour in the pineapple juice and cream of coconut to the mix.
Squeeze in ½ ounce of fresh lime juice and simple syrup.
Shake the ingredients well to chill the mixture.
Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with pineapple slices or a pineapple wedge and mint leaves for a tropical touch.
Stir gently before sipping to mix the flavors.
