Equipment

  • 1 blender or smoothie maker

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup orange juice fresh or bottled, no judgment here
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • cup milk or use oat or almond milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk or orange juice. If you want it extra frosty, toss in a little ice.
  • Pour into a glass and pretend you’re sitting by a pool with a tiny umbrella.
