3-4bonless skinless chicken breastsor thighs, sliced into thirds
28ounce jar of pasta sauce
2bell peppers I used a green and red bell pepper. Remove seeds, cut into 1-inch chunks.
1yellow onionroughly chopped
2smallzucchinicut into 1 inch chunks
1tablespoonminced garlic
8ouncecan sliced mushrooms
.8ouncepackage Italian seasoning mixThis is the dry salad dressing seasoning mix.
Instructions
Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the chicken breasts into thirds. Lay them in the slow cooker.
Place the vegetables over the chicken. Add the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and onion. Drain the canned mushrooms and add them to the crockpot. Sprinkle the minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the vegetables.
Finish by adding the pasta sauce over the vegetables. Seal the crock pot. Place on low. Cook for 6 hours on low, 4 hours on high.
Spoon the yummy sauce and plenty of vegetables over egg noodles. Easy to make and delicious!
