This family-friendly steak bites are juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender! Cooked low and slow with potatoes and corn, this easy recipe makes a complete one-pot meal.
Dice the steak into 2 inches pieces. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add to crockpot.
Scrub the potatoes, slice each ear of corn into 2 or 3 pieces. Place on top of the steak.
Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top of the steak and vegetables. Finish by topping with the sliced butter. Place the lid on the crockpot, seal and cook for 5-6 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
Remove from the crockpot and garnish with minced parsley. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Keep an eye on it if you're cooking on high. They can overcook and fall apart depending on your crockpot. I found 5 hours on low was spot on when using top sirloin. They were tender and flavorful!
