Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¾ cup milk any kind
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 Ice cubes optional for thicker texture

Instructions

  • Add the milk, cocoa powder and yogurt to the blender and give it a whirl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, creamy, and irresistible.
  • Taste and adjust—add more milk to thin or ice for extra thickness.
  • Pour into a tall glass, grab a straw, and enjoy your milkshake masquerading as breakfast.
