  • 1 blender or smoothie maker

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk you like
  • ½ banana optional for extra creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • teaspoon almond extract optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. (30 seconds to 1 minute)
  • Adjust as needed — more milk to thin, ice cubes to thicken.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy every sip.

Notes

Optional add-ins:

  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A spoonful of oats for more fullness
