16.3ouncecan refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits
15ouncesbarbecue sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded gouda cheese
¼cupthinly sliced red onions
2tablespoonscilantrogarnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
Dice or shred the chicken.
Cut each biscuit into eight pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce with the cut-up biscuits. Add the shredded chicken and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded gouda cheese. Finish with thinly sliced red onions
Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and edges are nicely golden brown. If the top of the casserole browns too quickly cover loosely with foil halfway through baking.
Finish with a sprinkle of cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
