- 1 small apple cored and chopped (no need to peel)
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy. About 20-30 seconds.
Taste and adjust: more cinnamon for spice, more milk if it’s too thick.
Pour into your favorite mug or glass, take a sip, and enjoy the apple-pie moment!
Optional add-ins:
- 1 tablespoon almond butter for extra creaminess
- A sprinkle of nutmeg for cozy fall flavor
Tips and Variations
- Make it ahead: Soak oats and apples in the milk overnight for an even creamier texture.
- Dairy-free option: Use oat milk and coconut yogurt for a plant-based version.
- Extra protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a spoonful of nut butter.
- Fall-vibes upgrade: Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
