Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple cored and chopped (no need to peel)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. About 20-30 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust: more cinnamon for spice, more milk if it’s too thick.
  • Pour into your favorite mug or glass, take a sip, and enjoy the apple-pie moment!

Notes

Optional add-ins:
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter for extra creaminess
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg for cozy fall flavor
Tips and Variations
  • Make it ahead: Soak oats and apples in the milk overnight for an even creamier texture.
  • Dairy-free option: Use oat milk and coconut yogurt for a plant-based version.
  • Extra protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a spoonful of nut butter.
  • Fall-vibes upgrade: Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
