Equipment

  • Microwave-proof mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 36 small pretzels twists
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 72 candy eyes you can also use chocolate chips for eyes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper set aside.
  • Place the white chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel into the melted white chocolate using a fork, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the chocolate-coated pretzels on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • While the white chocolate is still wet, gently press two candy eyes into the small loops of each pretzel.
  • Allow the pretzels to set until the white chocolate has hardened.
  • Once the chocolate has completely set, your Halloween Pretzel Ghosts are ready to be enjoyed!

Notes

Refrigerate -  Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
