Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 14 ounces can cream of potato soup
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese grated - divided
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese grated
- 2 teaspoons all purpose seasoning
- 1 pound frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
Add the chopped chicken, vegetables, soups, pepperjack cheese and the all purpose seasoning to a large mixing bowl.
Mix well and spoon into the prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle half the cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Top with the tater tots, in one even layer.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the tater tots.
Bake again for a further 5-10 minutes.
